In our latest D&I Lab Talk, we talked about going back to the office in a soon-to-be-over (at least in Denmark) pandemic era. We focused on how to make sure that everyone is feeling safe, in an inclusive workplace and how we can achieve this from altering our operations to how we engage our workforce.

Helene Aagaard, CEO in Diversity Factor, invited Anja Rose, Director, Head of Talent and D&I in Maersk Drilling, who provided us with insights from her work in Maersk Drilling. She talked about how she is leading a DEI Strategy in Maersk Drilling and how they have re-designed their office spaces to accommodate employees coming back to a space where they can collaborate in common spaces but also take sometime to concentrate individually. A lot of office employees have experienced fatigue from working from home but it is important to make space for those that have established routines and are being effective in working from home and collaborating online in a post COVID era.
