Strategic Roadmap

Based on extensive data collection, we have worked with a Danish headquartered retail company on how to implement DEI in their over 3.200 stores and ten distribution centres throughout Europe.

The work entailed developing a 3-year strategic DEI roadmap with activities ready to implement fitted for the overall business strategy and, just as importantly, the company’s DEI purpose.

The roadmap has been developed in a co-creation process with the company’s DEI Council through two workshops and in-depth sparring, where Diversity Factor has applied our extensive knowledge of DEI to ensure that the proposed strategy is tailored to the business operation model, thereby allowing for easy implementation and low change resistance. We are supporting the implementation as a trusted DEI Partner.

KODA

We have developed a demographic profile of KODA’s members, mapping personal demographics from an intersectional perspective.

The mapping was carried out by using the demographic parameters of our inclusion survey.

Train the Trainer

We have rolled out a Train the Trainers programme for Global HR on inclusive leadership focused on conscious inclusion, cross-collaboration, and psychological safety to a global hearing aid manufacturer (11.000 employees globally).

The programme is context-specific for their top-5 markets and aims to shift behaviour to increase retention and collaboration. 97% of all participants stated that the training was valuable for their work in the company.

A New Recruitment process

We are working with a global, Danish headquartered company (29.000 employees) on various projects throughout 2024.

Among others, we are re-designing and piloting a new recruitment process for the client, incorporating elements of de-biased recruitment and mapping of diversity in hiring teams and selection. The project also entails training hiring managers in the new process as part of the piloting.

The interventions and suggested process, Diversity Factor recommends, will be tested, and data will gathered during Q4 2024.

Norlys

We helped kickstart Norlys' DEI journey through awareness training for key stakeholders regarding DEI, unconscious bias, and allyship while developing a 1-year roadmap.

Inclusive leadership is key in that roadmap, where Diversity Factor throughout 2023 trained all of Norlys' 300 leaders, including C-level, in unconscious bias and psychological safety - and also developed an inclusive leadership toolkit.

Drivkraft Danmark

We are currently conducting a task force for the business organisation Drivkraft Danmarks and its members, zooming in on how the industry can work with DEI. The task force consists of four co-creation workshops and will culminate with a handbook that includes industry-specific DEI recommendations.

Trusted Advisor

We are a trusted DEI partner for one of Denmarks largest financial institutions. Besides day2day sparring and advice, we have also conducted a structural analysis with the aim of de-biasing their HR operating wheel and key people processes such as recruitment, comp. & ben. and progression and performance.

The analysis also formed the baseline for the purpose workshop we hosted with top leadership, dressing them for success with knowledge of DEI and ensuring genuine commitment to the work.
