Helene Aagaard
(She/Her)
Helene is the CEO of Diversity Factor. She's an experienced leader working 10 years in corporate (Ørsted & Maersk) with strategy, CSR, communication and organisational development before venturing into entrepreneurial life working with her true passion for diversity and inclusion.
Reem Ezzeddine
(She/Her)
Reem is our Junior DEI Consultant. She has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and a minor in PR and Advertising from Lebanese American University and is right now studying for her Masters in psychology and communication at the University of Copenhagen. She is our hands-on help on every project.
Veronica Dybdal
(She/Her)
Veronica is our DEI Consultant with a huge interest in organisational and leadership development. She has a Masters degree in learning and organisational change from Aalborg University specialised in building competencies within diversity and inclusion. Before taking her Masters degree, she spent a solid number of years in the financial sector as an advisor.
Sigrid Bjørk Sørensen
(She/Her)
Sigrid is our DEI Consultant with a special interest in intersectional feminism. She holds a Masters degree in philosophy from the University of Copenhagen with a focus on phenomenology and internalized oppression. Prior she has been working with equality at Copenhagen Municipality and the Danish United Nations Association.
Maria Enggard Krog
(She/Her)
Maria is a partner in Diversity Factor and our anchor in Jutland. Having spent a little over ten years in different HR positions in large companies, she ventured on the D&I journey with us, where she support with leadership development and coaching. And then, she is also our recruitment expert.
