#MeToo stories are flooding the Danish media. Companies are re-visiting their HR policies and CEOs are sending out emails saying their door is always open. However, will that fix it?

In November 2020, we discussed just that in our D&I Lab Talk, where we were joined by Chairman and Investor Tue Mantoni. Tue has immense experience from C- and board level, as the Chairman of Vækstfonden, Joe & the Juice, Soundboks and Stine Goya to mention a few and previously as the CEO of B&O. During one hour, we dived into #MeToo - why is it happening, what are the dynamics and why is this about nothing else than power.
