"We have totally misunderstood work with diversity if we..." (in DK)

After two weeks of debate about diversity and inclusion in DK following a somewhat daft headline in Danish newspaper Børsen, we still felt like things were a bit off. So we decided to respond.

As Helene writes in this opinion piece in Børsen:

"If we reduce the professional work with diversity and inclusion in companies and organisation to only be about women in leadership, we will lose. Diversity and inclusion is a holistic leadership discipline focused on enabling companies to be geared internally to handle the complexity, they encounter in the market. Therefore, companies must ensure inclusive working environments where there are equal opportunities regardless of gender, sexuality, ethnicity, age, disability or religion."
